St. Vincent de Paul Society
Members of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (or "Vincentians" ) are men and women who strive to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to individuals in need. We are young and old. Our members come in every shade of skin color. Some of us are wealthy, some are financially poor, but all of us are blessed with an awareness that our blessings (time, talent or treasure) are to be shared with our brothers and sisters in need.
We are blessed to have chapters of St. Vincent de Paul at both of our collaborative parishes - enabling us to assist those in need in Kingston/Plympton (St. Joseph) and North Plymouth (St. Mary).

Matthew's Kitchen
Matthew's Kitchen not only provides a hot meal for the needy each Saturday at 11:30 a.m. in the St. Mary's Parish Center, but also offers smiles, conversation, and compassion to each and every person who walks through the door. This ministry changes the lives of all who participate.

Friends of Lazarus
In partnership with the Plymouth Taskforce to End Homelessness and Father Bill’s & MainSpring, Sts. Mary & Joseph Collaborative will host the local homeless community for overnight stays at the St. Mary Parish Center the weeks of:November 30 - December 6, 2025December 28, 2025 - January 3, 2026January 25 - January 31, 2026March 1 - March 7, 2026Volunteer opportunities are available for:

Do you like to knit? Please join others that also enjoy knitting to create beautiful blankets and shawls for those who need our prayers in our collaborative, including our newly baptized babies and children!
This group meets the first Wednesday of every month.

Greeting Card Ministry
Do you know someone who might benefit from a nice greeting from our collaborative?
This new ministry was started by one of our parishioners who is a card maker! All you have to do is follow the link above to send a request and this ministry will send a greeting card to the recipient!
You can have a card that wishes someone to "Get Well", "Thinking of You", "Welcome New Baby!", and MORE!
