As part of selecting a date to provide a meal, we require a contact number so we can contact you promptly for any changes or updates.
Since we experienced double-digit numbers of guests every night last season, it might be helpful to team up with another individual(s) or group to help with the cost.
The Site Schedule will be sent in a separate email and also posted on our website. Please refer to that if you wish to provide a meal at a specific location. The three hosting sites are St Mary’s Parish Hall, First Baptist Church, and Christ Church.
