Baptismal Information

- Please read below for items to be completed:
  
  All families must register with our collaborative using the registration link below. (If visiting, we still require this, but we register you as sacramental only)
  
  Please provide the information about your baby and his/her godparents by using the baptismal webform link below. (One form per child being baptized) Both godparents must be baptized Christians; and, at least one godparent must also be a Confirmed Catholic.
  
  The required donation for baptisms is $50 per family. This donation goes toward all supplies for the baptism (baptismal certificate, godparent cards, and baptismal blanket), services of the clergy and use of the church
  
  Once your information is submitted, someone will be in touch to confirm date and time. If this is your first child, you will also be sent a link for our online baptismal prep class. This class can be taken at any time, but before your child(ren)'s baptism.
